Rules change

Legislation, regulations, official fees, processing times and administrative practice in Mozambique change, sometimes without much notice, and practice can differ between provinces and offices. We review our content and show a review date, but you should confirm the current position with the competent authority or with us before acting.

Official sources

Where we reference a requirement set by a public body, we point to that body. We do not invent citations, statistics or sources. If a page does not name a source for a figure, treat the figure as an indication and ask us for the underlying reference.

Third parties

We introduce clients to lawyers, accountants, agents, brokers and suppliers we consider competent, and we monitor their performance. They remain independent professionals responsible for their own work, and outcomes involving regulators, banks and counterparties are outside our control.
