Operate

The back office that keeps your Mozambican operation running

Registration is the easy part. Staying compliant month after month is where most foreign operations struggle — and where we plug the gaps.

Monthly compliance is relentless

VAT returns, withholding taxes, INSS social security, payroll, annual accounts and labour filings all run on fixed calendars. Missing them is expensive and, once you are behind, hard to unwind.

Vetted local providers

We work with accountants, lawyers, customs brokers, recruiters and translators we have used ourselves, and we stay accountable for delivery instead of handing you a phone number.

Scaled to your stage

A representative office with two staff needs something very different from a 200-person operation. Engagements are scoped to your headcount, turnover and risk profile.

Frequently asked questions

Do accounts have to be kept locally?

Yes. Mozambican entities must maintain accounting records in accordance with local standards, in Portuguese and in meticais, and file with the tax authority on schedule.

Can you act as our local representative?

We can coordinate a registered office, statutory correspondence and local liaison so your team is not dependent on being physically present.
